Weleda Advisor Queries

The Weleda Academy is a new subscription programme designed to provide you with training that will help you thrive as a Weleda Advisor. It will deepen your knowledge of Weleda products and remedies and provide you with learning opportunities in new areas of natural health and healing.

The Academy has been designed for all Weleda Advisors. Whether you’re new to the role, or have plenty of experience, there will be content that’s relevant to you, that enriches your knowledge and supports you in your role.

The Weleda Academy provides access to courses which will allow you to progress in your career as a Weleda Advisor and expand your knowledge of Weleda products. While it's not compulsory to join, only Academy members will have the opportunity to expand their roles into new areas.

Your request will then be approved by your team supporter and once approved, you may ask your questions in the group. 

Payment Queries

You can choose to pay annually or to spread your payments across a monthly subscription. If you choose to pay monthly, then you will automatically be charged the same fee on the same date each month. If you choose to pay annually, then you will be charged on the date of your initial subscription and then automatically each following year at the same rate as your initial purchase. 

Yes, you will be charged automatically either monthly or annually at the same rate as your initial purchase.

Our team will then cancel your membership and automatic renewal.

Note: Once your subscription has been cancelled you will no longer have access to any courses you were enrolled in and/or completed during the duration of your membership.

Your membership will expire whenever you decide to cancel your subscription.

You don't have to do anything. Your membership will automatically renew every month or year, depending on your subscription plan. 

Here are a few common solutions that may solve the issue you are experiencing during checkout.

  1. Make sure all the information you've entered is correct. 
  2. At this time we only accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover or PayPal. 

If your payment is still not going through, there may be an issue with how the page loaded in your session.

This can be fixed via the following:

  1. Go to the Weleda Academy homepage
  2. Clear your browser's cookie + cache data, then refresh the page.

Please follow the steps below to update your card details:

  • Log into your account and click on the dropdown menu in the top right corner of the page. 
  • Select settings from the dropdown menu and click Credit Card Info in the top right section of the page. 
  • Then, click the change card button and enter the new card details.
  • Finally, click the update card button.

Technical Queries

Here are a few possible solutions you can try:

  1. Check your internet connection. A weak connection will sometimes cause videos to load slowly.
  2. Clear your browser cache and cookies. Sometimes clearing out can fix the issue.

If your video keeps freezing please try the following:

  • Refresh your browser
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies and restart your browser before trying again
  • Try loading the video in a  different browser
  • Disable any browser extensions, plugins or firewall programs, that could interfere with the video streaming
  • Check if you need  to update your browser version
  • Restart your computer and network devices (modems/switches/routers)
  • Try a different device or computer if possible
  • Check your internet connection speed

Yes, all our courses are designed to work on mobile devices.

Yes, you can re-watch the course videos at any time. 

On the bottom right side of the video player you will see a white rectangular icon, just click that icon to watch your video in full-screen mode.

The Weleda Academy supports iOS 11.0 and above & Android devices 5.0 and above.

Minimum System Requirements:

  • The latest browser version
  • An internet connection with a minimum speed of 4Mbps
